"I had an issue where my water heater lost it's pilot and wouldn't relight. I called up Gibbs H&C telling them I thought the issue was with the ignitor. It being early Friday evening, he wasn't able to come over immediately but did schedule me for first thing Saturday morning. However, after sending him a picture of the unit, he walked me through via text how to do an electrical reset which wasn't explained on the unit troubleshooting guide. The reset worked! Jeremy from Gibbs didn't charge for the service call. Though I didn't need a repair done this time, I'll definitely remember their helpfulness and they'll be my first choice if I do have a heating or cooling concern in the future!!"

"Two other companies came to look at my whole house humidifier. One recommended replacing the entire circuit board. Gibbs came promptly and got it running for *much* less than the cost of a new board. I'll be calling them for preventative maintenance and repairs going forward!"
